Delivery timeframe
We understand that getting your products as quickly as possible is of utmost importance. That is why taximed will endeavour to dispatch an Accepted Order within 2 working days.
If your product is available We aim to have your order dispatched in two working days.
It is important to note that Accepted Orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday. Taximed will also endeavour to have your Click & Collect orders available for collection within 2 hours of acceptance of the order. All Click & Collect orders are free of charge and must be collected at your Preferred Pharmacy.
Please allow up to 2 working days from approval of your order for it to arrive before contacting Taximed. Delivery times are reliant on a number of factors and may vary depending on where you live or other circumstances that may physically constrain, restrict or impede regular deliver of products. If Taximed becomes aware of delays with delivery of your order they will contact you
Australian orders
1 - Timing
As we use several delivery partners to deliver orders, we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates and times. Below are indicative delivery times depending on the method you select at checkout:
- Regular Post - estimated 5 business days once dispatched
- Express Post: expedited/priority delivery - estimated 2 business days once dispatched
- Fast Delivery: a courier collects your order from a local Chemist store - order by 3pm for same day delivery
- Click & Collect: pickup your order at your preferred Chemist store - typically ready to collect within 4 hours
We aim to deliver products to you to the address you provided at checkout, within these timeframes. However, from time to time our delivery partners will experience delays outside of our control. For updates on delays, please visit the relevant delivery partner’s website or refer to the tracking information provided with your order confirmation.
Where possible, we endeavour to keep you informed of any delays to your order. Your order status can be checked at any time by logging into your account. If your order has not arrived as expected, please check your order status online prior to contacting
